1. 经营主体与登记

Moreahead USA LLC 为加州注册旅行社，加州旅行社登记号 CST 2142414-40。注册为旅行社不代表获得加州政府认可。
Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
2. 我们的角色
欧洲环线巴士产品由 Trip2EU（HCG International Travel Group）运营，欧环游为其授权代理；拼小团与私家团行程由合作地接社执行。各项服务的具体提供方，以你的预订确认单为准。
3. 价格与预订
- 网站所示价格为每人起价（美元）。实际价格因出发日期、房型和人数而不同；部分班期另有必付附加费（例如旺季附加费、住宿附加费），已在相关线路页注明。
- 所有预订须经顾问确认班期、房型和报价后才生效。预订确认单会写明总价、已付金额、余款及付款日期、每笔款项的用途，以及各项服务的提供方和出发日期、时间、地点。
- 促销活动以活动说明中的条款、名额和日期为准。
4. 取消与更改
不同产品的取消与更改条款不同，详见各线路页面的「退改说明」和你的预订确认单。下单前，我们会以书面形式向你完整说明适用的取消条款；未在下单时书面列明的取消罚金不适用。
5. 及时退款的权利
行程或服务取消时，如旅客没有过错，也没有违反事先已清楚披露并同意的条款，旅客为未提供的服务支付给我们的全部款项都会及时退还，除非旅客在取消后另行书面告知。如果我们已经把款项付给另一家注册的批发旅行社或承运方而未能取回，且对方未提供约定的服务，我们会向旅客提供书面说明及银行记录，证明款项去向；付给批发旅行社的，另附该批发旅行社有效的注册证明。
Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation. This provision does not apply where the seller of travel has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier, without obtaining a refund, and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service. In this situation, the seller of travel must provide the passenger with a written statement accompanied by bank records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current registration of that wholesaler.
6. 加州旅行消费者赔偿基金（TCRF）
在加州付款的旅客：如果卖方旅行社在交易时已注册并参加 TCRF，且旅客付款时身在加州，本交易受加州旅行消费者赔偿基金保障。旅客被欠退款超过 50 美元、而旅行社未将款项转交服务提供方或未依规定退还时，可向 TCRF 申请赔偿；每位旅客最高赔付为其支付给旅行社的总额，上限 15,000 美元。申请须在行程原定结束日后 12 个月内提出，附足够证明文件及 35 美元手续费，并同意放弃就该笔交易对参加基金的注册旅行社采取其他民事救济。申请表可来信索取：Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, 468 Manzanita Ave., Suite 1, Chico, CA 95926，或访问 www.tcrcinfo.org。
This transaction is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the seller of travel was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and the passenger is located in California at the time of payment. Eligible passengers may file a claim with TCRF if the passenger is owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which the seller of travel failed to forward to a proper provider or such money was not refunded to you when required. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRF within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a TCRF claim. 9. 行程调整
如遇天气、交通、罢工、景点临时关闭等不可抗力，运营方可能调整游览顺序或停留时间，或以其他安排代替，以确保行程顺利进行。

1. Who we are
EULoops (euloops.com) is a travel brand of Moreahead USA LLC, based in Fremont, California.
Moreahead USA LLC is a California-registered seller of travel, CST 2142414-40. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
2. Our role
The Europe loop coach tours are operated by Trip2EU (HCG International Travel Group), for which EULoops is an authorized agent; small-group and private itineraries are run by our partner operators. The provider of each service is named on your booking confirmation.
3. Prices and bookings
- Prices shown on the site are per-person starting prices in US dollars. Actual prices vary by departure date, room type and party size; some departures carry mandatory surcharges (such as peak-season or accommodation surcharges), which are noted on the relevant tour pages.
- A booking is confirmed only after an advisor has confirmed the dates, room type and quote with you. Your booking confirmation states the total price, the amount paid, any balance due and its due date, the purpose of each payment, and the provider, date, time and place of each departure.
- Promotions are subject to the terms, allocations and dates in the promotion details.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms differ by product; see the cancellation policy on each tour page and on your booking confirmation. We will give you the applicable cancellation terms in full, in writing, before you book. Cancellation penalties not disclosed in writing at the time of purchase do not apply.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining passports and visas and for meeting entry and health requirements.
9. Itinerary adjustments
In the event of weather, traffic, strikes, unexpected closures of sights or other circumstances beyond our control, the operator may change the order of visits or time spent, or substitute other arrangements, so that the trip can continue smoothly.
