This Privacy Policy explains how EULoops (euloops.com) collects, uses and protects your personal information. EULoops is a travel brand of Moreahead USA LLC (Fremont, California); "we" and "us" below refer to Moreahead USA LLC.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, contact details, travel dates, party size and room preferences when you contact us or book by phone, email, WeChat or otherwise, plus traveler details needed for a booking (such as passport name and date of birth).
• Information collected automatically: usage data such as pages visited, referring site, device and browser type and approximate region, collected through cookies and similar technologies for site analytics and ad measurement.
• Settings stored in your browser: for example your chosen site language, which stays in your own browser and is not sent to us.

2. How we use it

• To answer your inquiries, prepare quotes and confirm dates and rooms;
• To process bookings and payments, and pass the information needed to deliver your trip to the relevant service providers;
• To contact you before and after your trip, such as departure notices or itinerary changes;
• To understand how the site is used, improve it and measure the performance of our online advertising;
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses or may use the following third-party services, which may set cookies in your browser or receive your IP address:

• Google Analytics (site analytics) and Google Ads (ad measurement). You can manage personalized ads in Google Ad Settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Map services (OpenStreetMap, Geoapify and others), which supply the map tiles on route maps.

We share it only as needed to deliver the trip you booked: with tour operators (for example Trip2EU, which operates the loop tours), local partners, hotels, transport and attraction providers, and with service providers who help us take payments and run our business. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you for marketing. We will handle requests from California residents under California privacy law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. Information needed for a child's travel should be provided by a parent or guardian.
